Ever After High:

The Obsession of a Mother and Daughter!

Ever wonder what the children of certain fairy tale characters would look like? What about their names? I know for my daughter and I, we wanted these answers. And you know what? We finally got our wish!!! Thanks to Mattel, they released a small collection of dolls in 2012 called Ever After High.

 The moment my Emma set her eyes on these beauties she was hooked!! Hey let's face it, I was hooked!!  So shall we take a look at the amazing cast Emma and I started collecting the first? Yes? Anyone else super excited about seeing our first loves in the collection? Ok! Ok! I'll show you!! 

The first beauty we brought into our lives was: C.A. Cupid! C.A. Cupid is the daughter of the Eros and OH MY GOODNESS, she is amazing!! Just look at this pretty girl!

The next Ever After High girl we brought into our home was Apple White! Apple is the daughter of Snow White! She looks nothing like I had pictured in my mind!! When you think of Snow White, you think of that adorable black, bob hair cut! Apple is the exact opposite of that!Look at that long blonde hair!! Did you even consider she would have blonde hair?? I know I didn't!!

Now the third doll my daughter and I fell in love with was Briar Beauty! Can you guess

whose daughter she is? Come on you can guess!! That's right!!! Sleeping Beauty!!

Look at how beautiful she is!! Her skirt resembles a rose and the details on her tights are thorns! How incredibly cool is that? I am guessing she got her dark hair from her dad, Prince Phillip!

 Here is Emma's favorite: Kitty Cheshire! She is the daughter of the Cheshire Cat from Alice and Wonderland! This Kitty comes from the Spring Unsprung collection! As you can see, she is gorgeous! Emma and I looked everywhere for her and had the hardest time finding her! On a trip to Walmart, Emma found her! She was the last in stock!!

 

Now my favorite doll of all is the daughter of Little Red Riding Hood! Her name is Cerise Hood! There are a few versions of her out right now and my absolute favorite design is the Spring Unsprung! She is absolutely beautiful and her details are amazing! Emma and I don't have this version of Cerise yet but she is on our list!!
